Families wondering about things to do in Saltaire will have no shortage of options. There are plenty of child-friendly activities to partake of during the summer including a Saltaire day camp at which kids can play games, go swimming and participate in arts and crafts. Anyone who owns or rents property in Saltaire is eligible to join the Saltaire Yacht Club. Among the amenities available to members are five tennis courts as well as a variety of nighttime entertainment at the Club’s bar and restaurant, the latter of which is the only establishment in Saltaire that hosts dinner six nights per week. Club members may also take sailing lessons.
And if you’re among the lucky folks spending several weeks—or the entire summer—at Saltaire, you can stock up on food and drink at the town’s grocery store as well as mail “wish you were here” postcards from the Saltaire post office!
